We submit claims to all dental and medical insurance companies. It is important to remember that insurance coverage is only an estimation, never a guarantee of payment. The guarantor is responsible for all treatment not covered by insurance.

Since each dental and medical insurance plan is different, it is a good idea to contact your insurance company to find out the following:

  • Maximums
  • Benefit limitations
  • Your plan benefit period…when your plan starts/ends each year. Not all plans run on a calendar year
  • The effect of secondary insurance (if applicable)
  • Waiting periods

I had two molar implants done by Dr. Rosa last week. One of the original teeth had been gone for over 40 years and the other 3 years. The implants were next to each other and had to be sandwiched in between two other natural teeth. The technology and her precision work made the experience pain free and VERY succesful.
