I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how happy I am with my new Veneers. My smile has changed so much it feels comfortable and natural again. I appreciate the fact that you recognized the problem with my teeth as being caused more by my TMJand the fact that I was grinding my teeth in my sleep… the pre-authorization was (originally) denied as cosmetic. So of course I attributed the appearance of my front teeth to years of nail biting and I was ashamed of myself for causing it. This time though your photos and narrative showed the insurance company and I both that it was not the only cause.

I have been a patient at this office for over 10 years, and I am so thankful that Dr. B. even ALLOWS me to be a patient. Junie is the reason I started with the practice. I just moved to Boise and had a dental emergency, Junie listened to me weeping on the phone, soothed my fears and offered me several options for an appointment. She explained that the junior Dr. Bruce would be who I would be seeing. Since I didn't know any of the dentists I really didn't care...all I wanted was my tooth fixed. Dr. Dan is awesome. Boise Downtown Dental is outstanding. From the time I walk in the door and am greeted by Junie to the time I walk out it is a positive experience.
