At your first visit we will do a thorough examination of your teeth, gums and soft tissue of the mouth, take necessary radiographs (x-rays), evaluate your health history and talk to you about what we see. This initial appointment is very important as it lets us get to know you and also diagnose any problems you might have.
We prefer to schedule your cleaning after this appointment is completed because it allows us to diagnose the type of cleaning you may need. Please contact us if you have any questions on this policy, it is put in place so we can allot the proper amount of time to do a thorough and proper job cleaning your teeth.
If you have previous radiographs/records from another office, we would appreciate you bringing them with you to your first appointment. Our health history and privacy forms are available to fill out online or print and bring with you to save time.
