Dental Insurance

Dental insurance can be both helpful in treatment and confusing at the time.  Our offices accept most insurances.  We are a contracted provider for the Blue Cross Traditional plan and Delta Dental plans.  Dr. Dan Bruce is also a provider for Blue Cross PPO and Delta Dental PPO plans.

Since each dental insurance plan is different, it is a good idea to contact your dental insurance to know things like:

•  Maximums
•  Benefit limitations
•  Your plan benefit period...when your plan starts/ends each year. Not all plans run on a calendar year
•  The effect of secondary insurances, if you have any
•  Waiting periods

We can always preauthorize treatment if you have any questions about the insurance payments.

Having insurance is a great benefit.  It helps many people obtain quality dental care.  Understanding your insurance is just as important as having it.  This will insure you and your dentist make the best decisions for you and your oral health.
