Female Dentists from Idaho Selected to Participate in Diversity Program
Dr. Rosa Pothier has been selected for the American Dental Association’s 2016-17 class of the Institute for Diversity in Leadership.
The ADA Institute for Diversity in Leadership is designed to enhance the leadership skills of dentists who belong to racial, ethnic and/or gender backgrounds that have been traditionally underrepresented in leadership roles.
Dr. Pothier is one of two female dentists from Idaho chosen to participate in this exciting opportunity. Dr. Pothier practices family dentistry in Boise and is licensed to provide IV sedation.
“Leadership that represents diverse experiences, perspectives and ideas makes the ADA stronger,” said ADA President Carol Gomez Summerhays. “Fostering diverse leaders in organized dentistry through the Institute is a priority for the ADA, and I’m excited about seeing what this newest class will accomplish in their Institute projects and future leadership roles.”
